Mrs Dulcie Kandwe

The Board of Directors of First Mutual Holdings Limited (“the Company”) wishes to announce the appointment of Mrs Dulcie Kandwe as the Group Company Secretary with effect from 1 August 2026, following the formal retirement of Mrs Sheila Lorimer, the outgoing Group Company Secretary.

Dulcie is a legal and corporate governance professional with over 18 years of experience in corporate law, company secretarial practice, governance and regulatory compliance. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Zimbabwe.

She joined First Mutual Holdings Limited in 2019 as Company Secretary for First Mutual Properties, a subsidiary of First Mutual Holdings Limited Group. In 2022, she was appointed the Deputy Group Company Secretary until her appointment as Group Company Secretary. Prior to that she was a Legal Manager, at CBZ Holdings Ltd.

The Board congratulates Mrs Dulcie Kandwe on her appointment and also expresses its sincere appreciation to Mrs Sheila Lorimer for her dedicated service and valuable contribution to the Company and wishes her a fulfilling retirement.
