Notice is hereby given that the Board has declared a final dividend of one million two hundred thousand United States Dollars (US$1,200,000) from the profits of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2024, which represents zero point one six United States cents (US$0.0016) per share. US$1,000,000 of this will be paid in United States Dollars and the equivalent of US$200,000 will be paid in Zimbabwe Gold (ZWG).

The dividend will be payable on or about 8 August 2025 to all shareholders of the Company registered at close of business on 1 August 2025. The shares of the Company will be traded cum-dividend on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange up to 30 July 2025 and ex-dividend as from 31 July 2025.

The applicable shareholders’ tax will be deducted from the Gross Dividends.

This brings the total dividend for the year to one million eight hundred thousand United States Dollars (US$1,800,000).
