Notice is hereby given that the Board has declared an interim dividend of six hundred and fifty thousand United States Dollars (US$650,000) from the profits of the Company for the six months ended 30 June 2025.

The dividend will be payable in the split of US$520,000 in United States Dollars (USD 0.071 cents per share) and the balance of US$130,000 in local currency (ZWG 0.479 cents per share).

The dividend will be payable on or about 14 November 2025 to all shareholders of the Company registered at close of business on 7 November 2025. The shares of the Company will be traded cum-dividend on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange up to 5 November 2025 and ex-dividend as from 6 November 2025.

The applicable shareholders’ tax will be deducted from the Gross Dividends.
