Notice is hereby given that the Board has declared a final dividend of one million four hundred thousand United States Dollars (US$1,400,000) from the profits of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2025.

The dividend will be payable in the split of US$1,120,000 in United States Dollars (USD 0.15 cents per share) and the balance of US$280,000 in local currency (ZWG 0.9679 cents per share). This brings the total dividend for the year to two million and fifty thousand United States Dollars (US$2,050,000).

The dividend will be payable on or about 29 May 2026 to all shareholders of the Company registered at close of business on 22 May 2026.

The shares of the Company will be traded cum-dividend on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange up to 20 May 2026 and ex-dividend as from 21 May 2026.

The applicable shareholders’ tax will be deducted from the Gross Dividends.
