Shareholders are advised that the First Mutual Holdings Limited audited financial results for the year ended 31 December 2019 will, with the approval of the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange, be published on or before 29 May 2020.

The national lockdown measures to contain the Coronavirus Disease, announced through Statutory Instrument 83 of 2020 and subsequently extended through Statutory Instruments 93 of 2020 and 99 of 2020, have had an adverse effect on the financial reporting processes of the Group leading to the delay in the publication of the results.
