Shareholders are advised that the Annual General Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, 30 June 2020 at 11.30 hours has been postponed. This is to allow the independent auditors to complete their final review of the annual report. It is also necessary to afford shareholders enough time to go through the annual report in preparation for the Annual General Meeting. The meeting will now be held on Wednesday, 29 July 2020, at 11.30 hours. The venue shall be Ground Floor, First Mutual Park, 100 Borrowdale Road, Borrowdale, as initially advised.

The agenda of the Annual General Meeting remains as set out in the Notice which was published on 9 June 2020. The Notice and Proxy Forms are on the Company’s website: www.firstmutualholdings.com. The annual report, once completed, will be posted on the Company website and the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange website.
