In line with section 35(4) of the Securities and Exchange (Zimbabwe Stock Exchange Listings Requirements) Rules, 2019, interim reports are normally expected to be published on the company’s website and the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE) Data Portal within 45 days after the end of the first and third quarters of each financial year.

Shareholders are advised that the Company intends to publish its third quarter financials on its website and on ZSE Data Portal on or before 15 December 2019.

The extension, which has been approved by the ZSE, has been necessitated by the requirement to prepare and present financial statements that comply with Financial Reporting in Hyperinflationary Economies Standard (IAS 29). Following the suspension of the publication of year-on-year inflation data by the Ministry of Finance and Economic Development, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe has undertaken to provide guidance with regards to inflation indexing. As there is need for the market to use uniform indexing information for comparability purposes, the Company has delayed the publication of its third quarter interim report pending receipt of this guidance.
